National Commercial Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled National Commercial Manager to drive business growth and provide commercial leadership.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial modelling, analysis, and rate proposals to ensure accuracy and alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Support the development of new business strategies and related planning processes.
  • Talent Development: Influence and develop the broader commercial team to deliver new business growth objectives.
  • Financial Modelling: Oversee financial modelling, analysis, and rate proposals to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Standard Pricing Models: Build and maintain standard pricing models and tools to support efficient customer engagement.
  • Commercial Handover: Establish clear commercial handover protocols and contractual documentation to support a smooth transition to operations.
  • Tender Responses: Provide commercial support for tender responses, contract negotiations, and customer meetings.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Commercial Expertise: Commercial astuteness with experience in supply chain, logistics, or transport sector.
  • Leadership Capability: Strong leadership capability with ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance (CA/CPA desirable).
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in supply chain operations, with a proven track record of achievement.
  • Technical Skills: Strong skills in budgeting, KPI performance review, reporting, and commercial modelling.
