Training Facilitator Opportunity

This role involves delivering engaging face-to-face inductions and accredited training to support employee onboarding, development, and retention.

As a Training Facilitator, you will drive the delivery of meaningful training outcomes, contribute to staff wellbeing and retention, and work with passionate teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality inductions and TCI training
  • Ensure training meets accreditation standards
  • Record and track training progress
  • Provide feedback on candidate progression
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualified TCI Trainer (mandatory)
  • Cert IV TAE (completed or studying)
  • Strong group facilitation and communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel for training
  • Skilled in feedback, problem solving, and continuous improvement
