About the Opportunity
  • As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience by adhering to our Operational Excellence framework.
  • You will have advanced knowledge of internal and customer-facing technology systems, with the ability to assess, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to various scenarios.
  • You will understand our financial systems and processes, as well as be an expert in all corporate travel product knowledge.
Growth and Retention
  • You will review customers' travel programs and present options that drive compelling financial and operational value to deliver growth and profitability.
  • You will have an intimate knowledge of your customer portfolio and deliver a compelling customer experience to maximize retention and satisfaction.
  • You will influence customers to drive results and opportunities, while understanding their end-to-end journey and positioning our product suite's features and benefits.
Development
  • You will be self-motivated and proactive, open to learning and developing skills required to succeed.
  • You will demonstrate knowledge of external competitor activity and market trends to deliver valued insights.
  • You will set targets and goals and strive to achieve them, contributing to a collaborative and continuous learning culture.
All about You
  • You should have at least 3 years of experience in the travel industry, including 2+ years on Sabre.
  • Prior experience with Lumina is desired but not essential.
  • You should have exceptional multitasking ability and be able to juggle priorities to meet deadlines and client expectations.
