Training and Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Professional to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that develop our people and support strategic goals.

This role involves developing blended learning content, supporting managers in rolling out employee development plans, ensuring our programs align with ISO standards and training best practice, partnering with internal teams to roll out high-impact training events, and establishing systems, tools, and processes that scale with our business.

  • Develop e-learning modules, instructor-led training sessions, mentoring programs, and video content
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Build relationships with internal teams to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform training program development

To succeed in this role, you will need 3+ years' experience in Learning and Development, instructional design, or training coordination. Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs, strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, familiarity with ISO accreditation and Learning Management Systems (LMS), and a hands-on, adaptable mindset suited to a fast-paced environment are essential.

Desirable qualifications include experience in multi-site organizations, Certified IV in Training & Assessment, and knowledge of Australian workplace training compliance.
