Training and Development Consultant Sydney (next to North Sydney station).

We're seeking a motivated Training and Development Consultant to build and lead our learning and development function from the ground up. This is your opportunity to join a group of diverse businesses experiencing rapid growth across Australia and internationally.

About the Role

As our new Training and Development Consultant, you'll design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that develop our people and support strategic goals. From onboarding to compliance, leadership development to digital learning—you'll shape a strong culture of continuous learning.

You'll also:

• Develop blended learning content (e-learning, instructor-led, mentoring, videos)
• Support managers in rolling out employee development plans
• Ensure our programs align with ISO standards and training best practice
• Partner with internal teams to roll out high-impact training events
• Establish systems, tools and processes that scale with our business

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years' experience in L&D, instructional design or training coordination
• Proven ability to design and deliver blended learning solutions
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with ISO accreditation and LMS platforms
• A hands-on, adaptable mindset suited to a fast-paced, growing environment

Desirable but Not Essential

• Experience in multi-site or international organisations
• Cert IV in Training & Assessment
• Knowledge of Australian workplace training compliance
