Island Maintenance Role

We are seeking an individual to join our team as a maintenance professional, responsible for ensuring the upkeep and smooth operation of our island resort. The successful candidate will have relevant industry knowledge or trade experience and be able to complete repairs including painting, plumbing, plastering, tiling and cabinetry.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on island properties, including but not limited to painting, plumbing, plastering, tiling and cabinetry.
  • Assist with the upkeep of common areas, including pools and landscaping.
  • Complete weekly property checks and report any issues or concerns to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Relevant industry knowledge or trade experience.
  • Ability to complete repairs including painting, plumbing, plastering, tiling and cabinetry.
  • Physical fitness required, as you will be on your feet most of the day and need to bend and kneel frequently.
  • Landscaping or gardening experience highly desirable.
