The Role Involves:
  • Stewardship of existing stakeholder relationships through effective communication and engagement strategies.
  • Identifying opportunities to develop new relationships and increase financial support for the organization.
  • Nurturing existing supporter relationships to maximize organizational and individual outcomes.
  • Providing pathways for supporters to engage more deeply with the organization and advocate on its behalf.
  • Monitoring and responding to data to drive engagement, improvement, and growth.
  • Participating in events and engagement activities to promote the organization's mission and values.

About You

  • Strong interpersonal, pastoral, and communication skills.
  • Experience in business development or relationship management, preferably in a not-for-profit setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • A great listener with high emotional intelligence.
  • Experience working with CRM systems is an asset.
