Event Experience Coordinator

About the Role:

The Event Experience Coordinator will create exceptional events for our guests by:

  • Making sure all clients feel valued and welcomed
  • Leading shift meetings and noting any possible issues
  • Pro-actively assisting the team in solving guest issues or complaints
  • Checking meeting planner comments and results
  • Assisting the management team in training for event operations

The coordinator will also:

  • Manage event spaces and rooms as directed by the event manager
  • Liaise with event planners and take care of their unique requirements
  • Supervise on-shift team members and assist with any issues incurred
  • Ensure proper use of equipment and follow health and safety practices

Key Responsibilities:
