Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to support our Senior Manager, Talent Services, and be based in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of human resources experience with a generalist background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with Business Systems teams on HR system management and data entry
  • Ensure personnel files, records, systems, and information are current, accurate, and aligned with HR standards
  • Support compliance efforts by staying abreast of legislative and regulatory changes
  • Conduct research and analyze the impact of changes on the organization and communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Legal and other stakeholders in the delivery of global compliance programs and training
  • Manage service requests, audit onboarding tasks, and manage background checks
  • Manage benefits administration and workers' compensation claims

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related area preferred
  • Strong business writing and oral communication/presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use/learn Procore tools, including Workday, Culture Amp, Google apps, Slack, MS Office
