HR Business Partner - Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at West Recruitment Pty Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business region to achieve strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated end-to-end support, guidance, and services to the business region.
  • Support the business in performance management, remuneration reviews, promotions, transitions, and day-to-day human resource management.
  • Assist with employee relations, including policy interpretation, workplace investigations, and complaint management.
  • Develop engagement and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with the business on various strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Cultivate an engaged, committed, and customer-centric workforce, fostering a culture where staff embrace change, demonstrate flexibility, and agility in their work.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in supporting executive leaders within a complex operations/infrastructure/manufacturing business, possessing expertise in change management and project management.
