  • Participate in various strategic HR annual exercises such as salary reviews, performance appraisals, and succession planning.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Deep understanding of the employee lifecycle and local legislation.
  • Excellent communication and partnering skills.
  • Ability to operate in an autonomous environment.
  • Interest in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues (desirable).
