We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at HR Partners - A Randstad Company. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' business objectives by providing strategic HR advice and guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and develop HR strategies to support business objectives.
- Provide HR advice and guidance on employment law, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar.
- Strong understanding of employment law and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
