About the Role



We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Client Lead to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and buying media activity on behalf of our clients.



Job Description



The successful candidate will have strong relationships with media partners and product knowledge, as well as excellent verbal communication and time management skills. They will also have experience across offline and digital media tools and platforms, with a focus on building meaningful connections with clients and team members.



Key Responsibilities




  • Proactively support team members, particularly client managers, to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
  • Address client inquiries, providing reporting and basic planning assistance to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage data for planning, purchasing, and reporting across TV, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain Media Plans and Production Schedules with meticulous accuracy, guaranteeing campaign fulfillment.
  • Generate comprehensive post-campaign reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Coordinate with key media partners to ensure precise invoicing for clients, managing timely delivery and resolving account queries and outstanding debts.
  • Gather data for competitor analyses, tracking media industry trends and conducting live research to inform strategic decisions.


What We Offer



We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 5 weeks annual leave after 2 years of service, 3 whole company mental health awareness days off per year, and access to our global online dentsu University for career development and learning opportunities.
