Legal Expertise for Commercial Growth

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team and drive commercial growth through strategic legal expertise.

This is a unique opportunity to blend hands-on legal knowledge with business acumen, supporting operations across multiple regions.

About the Role
  • Provide expert legal advice on all matters affecting the business.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers.
  • Develop and implement contracting frameworks to support growth and reduce risk.
  • Advise on corporate governance, shareholder matters, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team on employment law and workplace matters.
  • Coordinate external counsel across jurisdictions where specialist input is required.
What We're Looking For
  • A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and current practising certificate.
  • 7+ years of PQE in corporate, commercial, and employment law.
  • Strong experience in contract negotiation, shareholder matters, governance, and disputes.
  • The ability to balance legal risk with commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and influencing skills.
