Legal Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to join our team. This role offers the chance to provide high-quality legal advice across all aspects of our operations.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, supporting day-to-day business activities, ensuring compliance, and helping to navigate complex legal matters. This is a challenging opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys partnering with the business to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering timely, commercially focused legal advice on a broad range of business matters
  • Drafting, negotiating, and advising on contracts, including goods, services, consultancy, leases, and IT
  • Promoting compliance with legislative and contractual obligations
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to proactively identify legal risks and solutions
  • Liaising with external counsel on complex legal issues
  • Assisting in the development of policies, procedures, and training on legal matters
  • Supporting strategic legal initiatives
About You:

You're a commercially minded legal professional who has extensive post-admission experience, including at least 3 years in-house. You have strong experience in drafting and advising on a broad range of contractual and commercial matters.

Requirements:
  • Extensive post-admission experience
  • Strong experience in drafting and advising on contractual and commercial matters
  • Employment law and litigation experience (preferred)
  • Admission to practice as a Solicitor
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
