About the Position

This senior leadership role reports to the CEO and oversees core service areas: Veterinary services, adoption and shelter services, and Inspectorate.

  • Develop strategic plans and operational strategies to enhance outcomes for animals and the community.
  • Lead a high-performing team to improve service models and delivery of animal welfare programs.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A purpose-driven leader with a strong track record in leading operational teams.
  • Commercial acumen and values-led decision-making to balance business priorities with animal welfare and staff wellbeing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships and partnerships.
