About the RoleThe Head of Operations will lead RSPCA Victoria's core service areas, driving strategic and operational improvements that enhance outcomes for animals, the community, and our people. You will work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to achieve outstanding animal welfare through education, advocacy, animal care, and protection.
Key Responsibilities- Drive strategic and operational excellence across veterinary services, adoption and shelter services, and Inspectorate
- Foster a high-performance team culture, inspiring staff and volunteers to deliver exceptional results
- Lead service model improvements that enhance outcomes for animals, the community, and our people
