RSPCA Victoria is a community-based, non-government, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to its vision of 'ending cruelty to all animals'. It is Victoria's most respected animal welfare organisation.
The organisation's purpose is to achieve outstanding animal welfare through education, advocacy, animal care, and protection, in collaboration with the community.
About the Role- Reports to the CEO and leads RSPCA Victoria's core service areas: Veterinary services, adoption and shelter services, and Inspectorate.
- Drive strategic and operational excellence, foster a high-performance team culture, and lead service model improvements that enhance outcomes for animals, the community, and our people to support the delivery of RSPCA Victoria's 2030 strategy.
