Animal Welfare Operations Manager

As an Animal Welfare Operations Manager, you will oversee animal movements, represent our values and handle escalated customer enquiries.
You will lead and motivate our team, providing hands-on operational support and ensuring compliance with legislation and high-quality service delivery.
We are looking for someone with hands-on operational experience in an animal welfare environment, combined with exceptional people management and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the team
- Oversee animal movements
- Represent the organization
- Handle customer enquiries
- Respond to feedback and liaise with stakeholders
You will maintain a customer service mindset and look for ways to continuously improve the standards of service delivery to both internal and external clients.
You will have strong leadership and management skills, conflict management skills, decision making skills and coaching and mentoring skills.
