Animal Welfare Advocate

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in protecting animals across Victoria.
You will receive and triage all calls related to animal cruelty, handling emotionally charged situations with professionalism and resilience. Your primary objective is to provide support and guidance to influence positive animal welfare outcomes.
We are seeking an individual who embodies a compassionate and empathetic approach, excellent problem-solving and time management skills, the ability to work calmly under pressure, and a genuine passion for animal welfare.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to convey empathy and understanding when dealing with sensitive situations. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and reports of animal cruelty incidents.
