Visual Merchandise Manager

About the RoleWe're seeking an innovative and creative Visual Merchandising Manager to join our Cotton On VM team in the Northern region (USA/UK). As a key member of our team, you'll lead and develop the Visual Merchandising team to deliver visual stories that reflect the style of each season and support maximising sales within our US retail stores.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the Visual Merchandising team to deliver visual stories that reflect the style of each season
- Collaborate with our Buying/Trend teams across all Cotton On brands to ensure our DNA and values are executed through compelling visual experiences
- Partner with our Country partners to ensure our visual merchandising strategies align with regional goals
- Coach your team to develop their creative problem-solving skills and deliver commercial results and sales opportunities
- Own the delivery of visual merchandising product presentations, store windows, campaign implementation, and display techniques that best showcase our brands
- Degree/qualification in a relevant field (Visual Merchandising, Fashion)
- Extensive experience in a similar Visual Merchandising role (Support Centre VM, Senior Space Planner)
- Proven experience in a people leadership role, where you've successfully led and developed a team
- Strong understanding of the Northern market (USA/UK) and experience working in VM in this market
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
- Proven problem-solving abilities to assess options, identify, and implement creative, innovative, and flexible solutions
- Experience controlling budgets, with the ability to plan ahead and foresee opportunities
- Strong organisation, planning, and time management skills
- Proficient ability in Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office
