About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Merchandiser to join our team at CROSSMARK Australia. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality point of sale displays in-store, building relationships with store managers and team members, and promoting a wide variety of products for leading brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Display Creation and Maintenance: Design, build, and maintain visually appealing point of sale displays in-store to effectively showcase products and drive sales.
  • Store Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and team members to ensure seamless execution of merchandising tasks and promote a positive brand image.
  • Product Promotion: Collaborate with store teams to identify opportunities for in-store promotions and implement effective strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
Requirements
  • Supermarket Retail Experience: While not essential, previous experience in supermarket retail is desirable.
  • Driver's License and Vehicle: A current Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle are required for travel between stores.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Autonomy and Availability: Ability to work independently and have a minimum of 3-4 days of availability, including Wednesday to Friday.
