About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Visual Merchandising Manager to join our Cotton On Group team in the Northern region (USA/UK). As a key member of our Visual Merchandising team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of visual merchandising professionals to deliver visually appealing store displays and in-store experiences that drive sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of visual merchandising professionals to deliver high-quality store displays and in-store experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buying and trend teams, to ensure alignment and consistency across all Cotton On Group brands
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Coach and mentor team members to develop their creative problem-solving skills and ensure commercial results
  • Own the delivery of visual merchandising product presentations, store windows, and campaign implementation

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or qualification in a field such as visual merchandising, fashion, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in a similar visual merchandising role, with a strong understanding of the Northern market (USA/UK)
  • Proven experience in people leadership, with a track record of successfully leading and developing a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
  • Proven problem-solving abilities, with the ability to assess options, identify, and implement creative, innovative, and flexible solutions
  • Experience controlling budgets, with the ability to plan ahead and foresee opportunities
  • Strong organization, planning, and time management skills
  • Proficient ability in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
