Job Title: Concession Fashion Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Concession Fashion Manager to join our team in Geelong. As a Concession Fashion Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and managing the day-to-day operations of the concession store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the concession store, including visual merchandising, store standards, and presentation.
  • Customer Experience: Create a fun, warm, and welcoming atmosphere for customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.
  • Visual Merchandising: Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Store Standards: Maintain high store standards, including visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and stock levels.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including stock receipt, storage, and disposal.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in team building and retail management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the fashion industry, including trends, products, and customer behavior.
  • Education: Tertiary qualifications in a related field, such as business or fashion.
