About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and innovative Visual Merchandise Manager to join our team in the Northern region. As a key member of our Visual Merchandising team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of visual storytellers to deliver compelling visual experiences that drive sales and customer engagement.
You will work closely with our Buying and Trend teams to ensure that our visual merchandising strategies align with our brand DNA and values. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing visual merchandising plans that showcase our products in a way that resonates with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of visual merchandisers to deliver high-quality visual experiences
- Collaborate with Buying and Trend teams to develop visual merchandising strategies that align with brand DNA and values
- Develop and implement visual merchandising plans that showcase products in a way that resonates with customers
- Coach and mentor team members to develop their creative problem-solving skills
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective delivery of visual merchandising plans
- Relevant degree or qualification in Visual Merchandising or a related field
- Extensive experience in a similar Visual Merchandising role
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of the Northern market (USA/UK) and experience working in Visual Merchandising in this market
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proven problem-solving abilities with a focus on creative and innovative solutions
- Experience controlling budgets and managing resources
- Strong organization, planning, and time management skills
- Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
