Visual Merchandising Manager

About the Role

As a Visual Merchandising Manager at Myer, you will be responsible for delivering the national strategy for Visual Merchandising, including the in-store execution of marketing and special events. You will develop Visual Merchandising in-store plans in conjunction with the national VM team for merchandise presentations, brand placement, and local events. You will regularly communicate with key stakeholders in-store to build collaboration and engagement. You will lead by example, coach, and develop your VM team.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver the national strategy for Visual Merchandising
* Develop Visual Merchandising in-store plans
* Communicate with key stakeholders in-store
* Lead and develop your VM team

Requirements

* Solid background within Visual Merchandising
* VM qualifications highly regarded
* Demonstrated ability to work innovatively and collaboratively
* Coaching, leading, and performance management experience
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people management skills
* Proven time management skills and the ability to multi-task
