Job Summary

As a Merchandising Representative with Strikeforce AMC, you will be responsible for promoting and merchandising leading non-alcoholic drink brands in stores. This is a dynamic and physically demanding role that requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain displays, shelves, and fridges to ensure products are visually appealing and easily accessible to customers.
  • Fill and restock shelves and fridges with products, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and products are rotated regularly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store staff and management to ensure that products are displayed and promoted effectively.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to engage customers and promote products.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to the sales team to inform future merchandising strategies.

Requirements

  • Australian Driver's License with a reliable motor vehicle and comprehensive car insurance.
  • The right to work in Australia.
  • Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items (up to 16kgs).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work extra hours during peak periods.
