We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Services Practitioner to join our team. As a Family Services Practitioner, you will work closely with vulnerable children, young people, and their families who are impacted by disadvantage.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a caseload of allocated families, developing strategies to support clients meet their goals, and working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. They will also have a deep understanding of the issues affecting vulnerable families and communities, as well as experience in developing and implementing interventions that address these challenges.

Job Description:- Manage and support a caseload of allocated families
- Develop strategies to support clients meet their goals
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
- Minimum tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Welfare, or a related discipline
- Driver's license valid in Victoria
- Demonstrated skills and experience in working with disempowered and vulnerable people, for three to five years
- Knowledge and experience of a range of relevant intervention strategies and frameworks
- Ability to develop strategies to assist clients meet their goals and regularly review and evaluate
- Salary packaging to increase take-home pay
