Supporting Vulnerable Families Coordinator

- You will work in a part-time, ongoing capacity, with a flexible 60.80 hour fortnightly schedule.
- The role is based in Melbourne, providing access to a range of cultural and lifestyle benefits.
As a Family Services Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a caseload of allocated families, working collaboratively to develop strategies that empower clients to achieve their goals.
To be successful in this role, you will require minimum tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Welfare, or a related discipline. Additionally, you must possess a valid driver's license in Victoria, demonstrate expertise in working with disadvantaged groups, and have knowledge of relevant intervention frameworks.
