Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Manager, Tail and Claims Performance & Delivery to provide technical expertise for strategic claims management decision-making.
  • Mentor and develop technical staff to achieve performance standards.
  • Offer consistent and high-quality advice and sign-off support to technical staff.
  • Provide regular analysis of audit results and implement frameworks to improve performance.
  • Analyze claims trends and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure departmental procedures and training align with business objectives and legislative requirements.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience handling complex Workers Compensation claims, particularly supporting small business clients.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of personal injury claims and relevant legislation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively and build positive relationships.
