We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Acoustics Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acoustics and be able to contribute to the technical delivery of noise and vibration assessments.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive acoustic assessments, providing expert advice, and supporting the technical delivery of noise and vibration projects across various sectors.

  • A relevant degree in Acoustics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field such as Physics or Environmental Engineering,
  • 8+ years of applicable experience,
  • A strong understanding of acoustic first principles and be able to demonstrate technical acumen in areas including noise and vibration modelling and prediction, evaluation of results, control of impacts, and monitoring,
  • Proven experience in delivering environmental acoustics-related projects; building related acoustics experience is advantageous,
  • Excellent communication skills, including report writing and oral communication,
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
