About the Role

You will support product innovation by collaborating with our Digital R&D team to advance next-generation digital products and reverse engineering initiatives. Additionally, you will ensure safety and compliance by aligning designs with legal requirements and Safety in Design principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert technical guidance and support.
  • Support the development of new digital products through close collaboration with the sales team.
  • Conduct trials and performance evaluations to validate digital products.
  • Analyze market trends and customer pain points to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Strong technical background, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Customer-centric approach to ensure technical support meets market needs.
  • Collaboration mindset, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovations to life.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to review and refine product designs.
