Your Opportunity

As our Production Systems Analyst, you will lead the design and establishment of robust supply chain, production planning processes, and business analytics frameworks for Hubfoods. Your work will directly improve operational efficiency, forecast accuracy, and data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy business analytics tools to understand and track unit production costs and distributor performance.
  • Develop demand forecasting methodologies and tools tailored to our unique production needs.
  • Create and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for demand planning, inventory optimisation, and production scheduling.
  • Establish a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) framework connecting forecasts to production.
  • Collaborate with key internal teams and present insights to executive leadership.

Requirements

You are a data-driven professional with a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and a background in food manufacturing or healthcare distribution. You excel at creating analytics frameworks that support informed business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and production systems analysis, supply chain, or similar roles.
  • Qualifications in supply chain management and/or finance.
  • Strong skills in statistical forecasting and analysis of production, inventory management, and supply chain optimisation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Understanding of HACCP, quality control, and food safety principles.
