As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized care and assistance to individuals with disabilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting clients with daily activities
- Implementing tailored care plans
- Fostering independence
You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, and provide support that enables them to live fulfilling lives.
Key Qualifications:
- Proficient manual handling techniques
- PEG feeding expertise (desirable)
- NDIS Screening Check or Yellow Card
- Valid Driver's License
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent experience
