Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Personal Support Worker, empowering clients to live independently in their own homes.

This role involves delivering person-centred care, supporting daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores.

You will spend your time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes, and providing support with transportation, shopping, and appointments.

As a Personal Support Worker, you will work in accordance with individualised Care Plans, promoting client well-being and quality of life.

Key Requirements:

  • Certificate III Aged Care or equivalent qualification - Essential
  • Current Australian driver's license and own roadworthy insured vehicle - Essential
  • Experience with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops
  • Confidence to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
