Overview

Pepper Financial Services Group is a leading company in the financial industry, and we're seeking an experienced Service Delivery Operations Manager to join our team.

This role will be responsible for delivering service management support using the ITIL methodology framework and agile technology environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

  • This is a key leadership position that partners with other technology functions and line-of-business leaders to deliver service management support.
  • The successful candidate will be accountable for providing incident, problem, change, service request, and knowledge management along with Disaster Recovery for all of Pepper Australia and Manila.

Responsibilities

  • Restore normal service operation as quickly as possible and minimize the adverse effect on business operations.
  • Ensure that standardised methods and procedures are used for efficient handling of all changes.
  • Resolve the root causes of incidents and thus to minimize the adverse impact of incidents caused by errors within technology, and to prevent recurrence.
  • Fulfill Service Requests, which are often minor (standard) changes or requests for information.
  • Gather, analyse, store, and share knowledge and information within an organization.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to gather knowledge and report on insights from incidents and the review process to prevent and minimise risk.
  • Able to positively engage with stakeholders and use experience to challenge the norms.
  • Experience dealing with internal and external audit teams with an understanding of controls in place.
  • Ability to identify ways to improve current processes and systems.
