Responsibilities- Greet guests on arrival with a warm, welcoming attitude and provide efficient check-in/check-out services.
- Manage and update guest reservations using Resly, ensuring accuracy in room assignments, rates, and billing.
- Handle guest enquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and prompt problem-solving.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, tours, and services on the Gold Coast.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Previous experience in a front desk or hotel reception role.
- Familiarity with Resly or other Property Management System platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- A positive, guest-focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- Training provided on hotel systems and procedures.
