About the Role

As a professional, customer-focused Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay.

  • Handle guest enquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and prompt problem-solving.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, tours, and services on the Gold Coast.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a front desk or hotel reception role.
  • Familiarity with Resly or other Property Management System platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • A positive, guest-focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
