Job Title: Executive Chef

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the needs of our guests.
  • Ensure that all kitchen operations are run efficiently and effectively, with a focus on food safety and hygiene.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes that showcase our brand's culinary expertise.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to deliver exceptional food and service.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that our kitchen staff have the skills and knowledge they need to deliver exceptional food and service.
  • Monitor and control kitchen costs to ensure that we are operating within budget.
  • Ensure that all kitchen staff are aware of and adhere to our company's policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge, with the ability to develop and implement menus that showcase our brand's culinary expertise.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our culinary team and other departments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
