The SA Health organisation is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Administration Manager - Allied and Scientific Health to lead the planning and delivery of administrative programs and services that support the Chief Allied and Scientific Health Officer in delivering statewide clinician engagement, advocacy, professional leadership, and system advisory functions.

About the Role:
  • This role will lead the management of the Allied Health Professionals Professional Reimbursement Development Program and Team, in consultation with the Allied and Scientific Health Office team.
  • The Healthcare Administration Manager will be responsible for monitoring monthly financial reports, evaluating budget performance, and managing and reviewing ASHO records management and human resource functions.
  • The successful candidate will also lead complex process improvement and change management related projects, as well as undertake research and analysis processes to inform evidence-based decision making.

  • You will have excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business operations, finance, and human resources principles.
