We are seeking an efficient and enthusiastic Administrative Healthcare Coordinator to provide administrative support in our Adelaide clinics.

In this patient-facing role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and caring demeanor.

  • You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
  • Adaptability is key as you will need to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Apart from scheduling appointments, you will also handle billing, receipts, and data entry with precision.
  • Your organizational skills will ensure seamless clinic operations.
  • You will work closely with the team to maintain efficient processes.
  • Additionally, you will manage patient records and filing of patient notes.
  • You may be required to work across multiple sites in Adelaide.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior experience in the medical industry or relevant field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems and applications efficiently.
  • A strong focus on patient care and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience working individually or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with patient billing systems and Medicare mechanisms would be advantageous.
  • Exceptional phone manner and ability to handle high volumes of inquiries.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
