Administrative Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administration Officer to join our team at SA Health. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our division.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing confidential secretarial, reception, and administrative services to the Women's and Children's Health Network. They will also communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, perform tasks as directed by the Administrative Manager, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the division.
- Communicating with various stakeholders, including patients, staff, and external partners.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.
- Coordinating appointments and managing diaries.
