Elite Coach Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Elite Coach to lead our National Development Squad program in NSW.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a holistic High Performance Tennis Program for NSW, focusing on the development of Australia's future tennis talent.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight and leadership of state squad tennis training sessions
  • Establishment and management of state camps and tours
  • Maintenance of high standards of professionalism and excellence that foster a high-performance culture
  • Collaboration with athlete support services to ensure integrated support for state squad players
  • Engagement with performance sciences experts for state squad members

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering high-performance tennis programs
  • High-performance coaching qualifications or a willingness to attain them
  • Extensive experience coaching tennis at an elite national or international level
  • Prior playing experience at an international level is highly desirable
