Job Opportunity: Competitive Squad Coach

We are seeking an experienced and skilled coach to lead our competitive squad team in a full-time capacity at one of our health and fitness facilities.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and passionate coach to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our athletes.


  • Design, implement, and manage competitive squad training programs to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and facilitate athlete pathways through regional, state, and national competitions
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to foster relationships and promote the squad program
  • Evaluate and improve the squad program to meet business objectives
  • Contribute to the professional development of junior coaches

Requirements
  • Proven experience coaching competitive squads
  • Willingness to grow and develop as a coach
  • Experience coaching National Age & open qualifiers
  • Good standing with relevant sporting organizations
  • Current coaching qualifications or equivalent
  • Working with Children's Check
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends
