Head Squad Coach Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced coach to lead our competitive squad program.

The successful candidate will design, implement, and evaluate training programs that meet business objectives.

  • Develop and maintain high-quality coaching programs.
  • Facilitate athlete pathways to regional, state, and national competitions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with the swimming committee and stakeholders.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the squad program.
About You
  • Proven experience in competitive squad environments.
  • Willingness to grow and develop as a coach.
  • Experience coaching at National Age & open qualifiers.
  • Good standing with relevant governing bodies.
  • Current ASCTA Silver or Advanced Licence, or equivalent.
  • Working with Children's Check, First Aid, and CPR certifications.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Ability to maintain high standards under pressure.
