The role of a Lifestyle Services Coordinator is pivotal in enhancing the overall quality of life for residents. Key responsibilities include providing support and assistance to residents with daily living activities, social interactions, and recreational pursuits.

About the Position

  • Promote resident dignity, respect, and independence at all times.
  • Develop and implement creative and engaging programs that cater to individual lifestyle goals, needs, and choices.
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive team to deliver high-quality services to our residents.

Required Qualifications

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/individual Support or Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (completed or commenced).
  • Desirable but not essential: experience as a Lifestyle Services Assistant within Aged Care or Community Services.
  • Ability to innovate, take initiative, and coordinate engaging programs.
  • Knowledge of current Aged Care Quality Standards.
