Product Enrichment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Enrichment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our e-commerce platform offers an exceptional user experience.

The Product Enrichment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end enrichment process, including data points and photography. This involves working closely with various stakeholders to obtain high-quality visuals, videos, attributes, tags, product descriptions, pricing, and category information.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional results and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end enrichment process for e-commerce, including data points and photography.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely product information.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brands and suppliers to secure product samples and information.
  • Oversee product photography shoots and approve images for publication.
  • Work closely with the ecommerce and SEO teams to optimise product listings for search engines.
  • Ensure uniform product experience across categories by implementing consistent visual standards.
  • Optimise user filtering experience by associating relevant attributes to products.
  • Maintain accurate product data to reduce returns and improve customer satisfaction.
