Are you a passionate and driven individual looking for a rewarding career in aged care? We have an exciting opportunity for a Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team.

As the Lifestyle Coordinator, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering person-centred leisure and lifestyle programs that support residents to achieve their personal goals. You will work closely with our experienced lifestyle team to create engaging and enriching activities that promote the health and wellbeing of our residents.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and be part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver person-centred leisure and lifestyle programs
  • Work closely with the lifestyle team to create engaging and enriching activities
  • Support residents to achieve their personal goals

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
  • Current NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Current Covid-19 Vaccinations (highly recommended)
  • Evidence of the right to work in Australia (Valid working rights)
  • Experience in Aged Care, preferably in a residential setting
