About the Role

As a Community Support Worker, you will provide essential services to clients in their homes, focusing on creating positive relationships with clients and their families through domestic, social, medication, and personal care support.

Working as a valued member of our team, this role offers security and flexibility in hours and days of work. Community Support Workers form meaningful and supportive relationships that brighten the lives of our clients.

Requirements

  • A Certificate III in a care-related field or willingness to obtain (we can help you get trained)
  • A current First Aid certificate, Working with Children's Check, and NDIS Check (or willing to obtain)
  • A driver's license with an insured vehicle
  • A genuine commitment to enriching the lives of others
  • A willingness to provide support to aged and disability clients by assisting with everyday needs and activities
  • A creative, personable, and professional approach to the role
