  • Organise outings and bus trips in conjunction with the Lifestyle Coordinator.
  • Design and facilitate individualised lifestyle programs according to clients' needs and abilities.
  • Assist residents to achieve maximum independence, maintain friendships, and participate in the community.

Requirements:

  • Passion for delivering high-quality care that makes a difference.
  • Eagerness to grow and develop your career in aged care.
  • Relevant experience in aged care (desired).
  • Excellent customer service skills.
