Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Handheld Device Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our handheld instruments.

In this position, you will be responsible for calibrating, servicing, and repairing handheld devices. You will also provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers, manage service enquiries via phone and email, prepare quotes, process payments, and ensure accurate service records and compliance with documented procedures.
